The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip, as it was close to the train station and petty shops. the room was clean and the staff was extremely cooperative. We particularly liked the tea and coffee shop that was very close to the hotel.
During the check-in, we were asked to pay more than what we had booked for, due to miscommunication. there was some outside light entering the room through the big ventilator above the door.

The location of the hotel is great, there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. , the staff were cooperative and friendly. Plus, the room was clean and tidy.
During check-in, the receptionist wanted us to pay more than what we had already booked for. the glass panels in the bathroom were broken and there was a lot of light coming in through a ventilator in the room.
